ESSENTIAL OILS

  • 4 drops eucalyptus (species globulus, radiata, or smithii)
  • 4 drops lavender
  • 4 drops rosemary (ct. verbenon or nonchemotype specific)

BASE

  • 1 cup Epsom Salt or Sea Salt
  • ½ cup baking soda

TO MAKE THE BATH SALTS: Combine the Epsom salt and baking soda in a medium bowl and mix well. Add the eucalyptus, lavender and rosemary essential oils and stir well to combine

TO USE: Close the bathroom door so that you capture the healing vapors. Fill the tub with very warm water. Add the bath salts to the tub and swish with your hands to thoroughly disperse the essential oils. Step in and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Pat dry, and follow with an application of your favorite body lotion or cream.
